Mobility, the potential of the poly directionality.

In this workshop we dance the present moment and its poly directionality, continuously dealing with weight, direction and gravity, finding a mobile, strong and fragile, organization of the body. We explore the here and now with a fully engaged state of mobility, sensing the act of being in a body that allows movement to happen as we observe how the body is doing it, entering a continuous state of Improvisation opening new ways of communication and relationship with others from a conscious body.
